- 2024.10.21 Notices Successful Hosting of the 9th International Workshop on Far-Infrared Technologies (IW-FIRT 2024) and Symposium on “Frontier of Terahertz Science XI” (S-FTS 2024)
- 2024.09.26 Research Results We have achieved continuous wave oscillation for 548 minutes at 265 GHz using the Gyrotron FU CW GV developed at the center.

- 2024.03.28 Awards FIR-UF Associate Professor Mary Clare Escano received the 2023 Researcher Encouragement Award (Gender Equality) based on the University of Fukui Gender Equality Promotion Merit Award System.
- 2023.09.05 Awards FIR-UF Associate Professor Mary Clare Escano received this year’s Young Female Researcher Excellence Award from the Japanese Society of Vacuum and Surface Science.
